Tenacity

Definition:

Persistent determination. Someone who exhibits tenacity may be hard to change from a certain point of view, and will not give up easily.

Examples:

The board of directors objected to the proposal, but with his customary tenacity, the CEO insisted on implementing the new system.

The employees of that company are all stakeholders, which helps explains their tenacity and drive even when the economic forecast is gloomy.
