Kudos

Definition:

Compliments, praise, or other expressions of approval. From the Greek word meaning “fame” or “renown.”

Examples:

She received kudos for her work from the CEO and a bonus from the company’s yearly profits.

When conducting employee performance reviews, remember to start out with giving the employee whatever kudos you can, especially if you need to point out their errors later.
