Brand Loyalty
Definition:
The commitment of a customer to one particular brand, such that they will purchase it even if the price is higher or other options exist.
Examples:
When it comes to skin care products, most consumers have a lot of brand loyalty, and will buy the same line of cosmetics throughout their lives.
Brand loyalty can only go so far; when the price of name-brand breakfast cereal went up more than forty percent last year, many people switched to discount brands.
